Bootcamp?!  

I get it, you hear “bootcamp” and start picturing the worst….30 days of grueling workouts, counting every calorie and on day 31 being so over it you dive face first into a whole bowl of cookie dough….but that’s def not what this is about! In fact, we are basically the 100% opposite (although super intense workouts are def an option if you’re a fan!)--this initial bootcamp gets you 12 months of working together to create + troubleshoot + stick to your healthy habits. Making them part of your daily life + routine.

  • 1 on 1 coaching + support

It can be hard to plan your busy life around a scheduled bootcamp, but having the support our community offers is a serious #gamechanger if you are looking to elevate your life! That’s why I kick off a fresh group EVERY Monday (seriously) so that you don’t have to miss out. Before starting, I work with you 1:1 to find the right workout program for you, answer your questions and address your worries about your level of commitment.

What to expect:

  • For the first 30 days you’ll put more focus on FOOD or FITNESS (you get to pick where you wanna start!) and we will add in more healthy habits as we go

  • A SERIOUSLY supportive group of women cheering you on + helping hold you accountable

  • Workouts with options ranging from 4-7 days/week, averaging 30 minutes/day that you can do on your own time

  • A manageable + low stress approach to nutrition

+ Are monthly fees/ongoing purchases required?

Nahhh, girl. I loooooove the supplements I use. They help me rock out my daily healthy habits and I’m so pumped for you to try them to kick off your first month in the bootcamp but they aren’t required for you to continue rocking our year together. Everyone gets set up with a bootcamp bundle {12 months of workout streaming + 1 month of supplements + 2 nutrition courses + a few extra goodies} but any further purchases are up to you. Side note--if you know you wanna include the supplements for even a few months a wholesale account is the way to go--watch for more info on this on the bootcamp application.

+ I already have my own workout routine that I am not looking to change up right now - can I do my own thing but still join?

All workouts welcome! Moving our body and feeling goooooood is the goal. Truth? I don’t love love love working out….I do love how it makes me feel after and I know it is important to my health….but my brain searches for any excuse to get out of it. At home workouts fit into my full mom life almost seamlessly and I love the flexibility! Buuuuut I know some of y’all love classes at the gym + running + your Peloton….you can totally log all of that in our tracking app and share any + all workouts in our community. If you are already consistently rocking workouts but are looking for nutrition support or extra accountability--this is still the place for you! Think of the workout streaming as an option to mix it up, add in as some cross training or for those cray cray days when getting to the gym just isn’t gonna happen.
