Today was an AWESOME but CRAZY busy day!! It's been go go go--seeing friends and eating at my fav restaurants 😉
It felt good to get a double workout in to kick off my day---these 2 moves were my fav core sculpting ones! I'm loving the progress my c-section belly is making 👊 working towards that transformation one workout/meal at a time 🙌
